GENERAL ORDER INFO

If you need assistance placing your order, please send us a message via our Contact Form and we'll gladly help you out and return your email within 24 hours.

Internet orders placed on Sundays-Thursdays before 5pm (PST) will be shipped the next Business Day. Orders placed between Thursdays after 5pm (PST) through Sundays will be shipped on the Monday following. Unfortunately, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders are shipped from San Francisco, California.

Orders with a destination to anywhere in California will incur a 8.75% sales tax.


SHIPPING

Domestic: We ship domestically to the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground, 2-Day Air and Next Day Air. We also ship to Hawaii and Alaska via UPS 2-Day Air, Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail.

Canada: Shipments to Canada are shipped via UPS Standard or USPS International Priority.

International: Orders to all other countries are shipped by USPS International Priority. Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes once it reaches its destination. RGB SHOP+GALLERY has no control over such duties and the customer is responsible for these charges. For details, please contact your local customs office.

Overweight or oversize items may be subject to additional charges. RGB SHOP+GALLERY reserves the right to revise our shipping prices at any time.


ONLINE SHOP RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and smoke-free regular priced apparel and shoes may be exchanged or returned to RGB SHOP+GALLERY with all tags attached. Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase for a full refund. Please note: shipping/handing charges and the following items may not be returned:

  • Sale Merchandise
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Beauty/Apothecary
  • Art

We recommend shoes to be tried on a carpeted surface prior to wear. Shoes must be returned in the original unworn condition, with original box and packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn footwear. Damages to or omission of the original box from your return will be sent back to the customer and cannot be processed.

Please contact us by email or via our Contact Form for a Return Authorization prior to returning your items. Upon receipt of goods, RGB SHOP+GALLERY reserves the right to refuse any returns of merchandise that fail to meet return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. If you decide to refuse any shipments from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to our shop.

To process your return, please contact us with your order number, and which items you would like to send back and we will email you a Return Authorization. We recommend shipping using an insured and traceable method. Please be sure to include a copy of your receipt with your RA. Please note that RGB SHOP+GALLERY is not responsible for shipping costs for returns, exchanges or items lost or damaged during transit back to us.
